Accessibility

Wycombe Swan, High Wycombe

We are committed to making Wycombe Swan accessible to everyone. If you have any access requirements please let us know when booking.

Wheelchair Access Access Tickets
Customers who wish to claim deaf or disability-related concessions will be asked to complete a short form, which will sign them up to the access list.  This will ask for their contact information (name, address, email, telephone) and give options as to the nature of their access requirements (e.g. wheelchair space / aisle seat / seat at the front etc). These details will be recorded electronically on patron records on our ticketing system.

The patron will be asked, on completion of their access form, for proof of Disability Living Allowance or Independent Living Allowance (or another suitable piece of formal documentation).  Please note that blue badges (for cars) are not suitable for this purpose.

Once the access form has been completed, a membership card will be issued, which the customer needs to present each time they wish to book either discounted tickets or a free companion ticket. If tickets are booked by telephone, the tickets will be held at Ticket Office and the card will need to be presented before the seats are released. This card negates the need for any further documentation to be provided each time.

If customers are unable to use seats in the upper levels of the theatre, they will be entitled to buy tickets in the Stalls (max 2 per customer per event) at the cheapest standard price on offer (usually the price of a rear Upper Circle seat).

Companion Ticket Policy
One free ticket for the companion of a deaf or disabled person who is not able to attend the event unaccompanied is available on all performances. Deaf and disabled patrons pay the lowest ticket price available.

Tickets can  be booked in person or over the phone on 01494 512 000
